1. Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
  • Returns are not accepted for customized or hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., earrings, cosmetics, etc.).

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges
